The Untangle Method™ is a three-step process that builds resilience and creative resources to expand your emotional vocabulary and interpersonal experience so that you can influence change in healthy, restorative ways. When we learn a new emotion or descriptive response, we are more likely to recognize it, repeat it, and recreate it in the future. Just like a painter learns to see fine distinctions in colors, or a wine connoisseur develops their palette, we can practice developing new responses.
