This part often calls the shots on our life with little to no insight.
As we learn to untangle our tripwires in our system, we create space to build a new experience, growing capacity to claim life powerfully.

Our political landscape is bifurcated and unintegrated. We don't become well in fragmentation.

Each side is terrified of the other side. Each side is stubborn with their narrow, limited ideas.
Each side needs to language their unconscious threats, check them out, and decide to work together. And we can do this together. Join me.

We automatically censor parts of ourselves from coming into our life. We live in unconscious agreements to keep these parts away.
We are in a war with our heads. The work is learning how to let them emerge again, take up space, and form our unrealized lives.

Our response to a crisis or a difficult challenge is EVERYTHING.
When we are stuck in reactive patterns, we miss gathering the In-Between Space needed to transform.
As we do, we create the conditions to thrive, no matter our external circumstances.
Freedom moves quickly when we are available.
Without vision, we don’t belong fully to the world.
