How do learn from the aftermath of the election?

How do we reconcile we are divided completely as a Nation?

How do we get out of the noise of "the other" and join forces to unite polarizing views?

Our political landscape is bifurcated and unintegrated. We don't become well in fragmentation.

Now is a time to pick up the pieces, separate out what is real and what is not, and collaborate with each other.

Each side is terrified of the other side. Each side is stubborn with their narrow, limited ideas.

Each side needs to language their unconscious threats, check them out, and decide to work together. And we can do this together. Join me.

In this episode, we are going to create a space for the parts of us that want to come out.

We automatically censor parts of ourselves from coming into our life. We live in unconscious agreements to keep these parts away.

We are in a war with our heads. The work is learning how to let them emerge again, take up space, and form our unrealized lives.

When we are punitive, abusive, and harsh with ourselves, we bifurcate ourselves. This creates chaos, dissonance, and isolation

We misguidedly think once we get better we will become better. We need to wake up and learn how to work with our system in a new way.

In this episode, we are going to create a space for the parts of us that want to come out. We automatically censor parts of ourselves from coming into our life. We live in unconscious agreements to keep these parts away. At one time, they may have caused us humiliation, neediness, shame, and regret.

During times of interruption, old patterns rise to the surface. What had previously been submerged are now flying inside us and around us.

What used to feel energizing might be exhausting. What was previously clear is now murky vagueness.

Interruption allows us the space to check things out, address unresolved issues, and become united within ourselves.

Instead of fighting this COVID interruption, waiting for it to be done, let's dive into ourselves to access greater healing, creativity, and vision.

During times of interruption, old patterns rise to the surface. What had previously been submerged are now flying inside us and around us. You might be finding yourself more anxious, impatient, acting-out, avoiding, or collapsing. Your body may feel like a siren. Days may feel stuck, heavy, or foggy.

Let's join collectively and dissent.

In a world where women are expected to comply, I dissent.

In a world where love has been kept in a box with rules, I dissent.

In a work where fiction is told as truth and facts are twisted into lies, I dissent.

Let's use this time to voice our Dissents and gather a vision for our life, family, and country we desire to embody.

How do we embody greatness during difficult times? How do we take inspiration from others and allow it to inspire us? How do we unite within the brokenness inside of us and with our world at large? Let's join collectively. Let's dissent. In a world where women are expected to comply, I dissent.

I am going to explain why differentiating is critical to health, wholeness, and wellness.

Learning to differentiate the chaotic, disorganized part of you from the creative, synchronized part of you is s game-changer.

Instead of attacking our problems, we need to organize within a framework that can separate them: study them, learn from them, and decide which one we want to take our life forward.

Many of us live inside of ambivalence’s entrapment.

We struggle with responsibility and are usually secretly terrified of commitment.

Instead of confronting these fears, they stay on the fence of ambivalence.

Waiting for life to happen.

Waiting to make the perfect decision.

Waiting to be rescued. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting.

Let’s STOP waiting people!

Afraid you will miss something better if you commit to a decision? Sick and tired of second-guessing yourself and living in your head's noise? Ambivalence is a life stealer and yet so many of my clients live inside it entrapment. They struggle with responsibility and commitment.

Today, I am discussing how and why we need to befriend chaos.

When our bodies hold onto unconscious wars, they create chaotic symphonies.

Creative artistry allows our bodies to align within chaotic forces in a new way.

Learning how to reshape past experiences with creative presence helps to convert trauma bonds into sublime harmonics.

I am talking about Harpist, Deborah Henson-Conant incredible grammy-nominated concert, "Invention & Alchemy". How she uses stories and imagination to deconstruct the harp to ignite peace, freedom, and belonging. And how we need to befriend chaos and tune into the instruments of our bodies. Imagination is the ability to engage with present reality and form a mental image of something that is not perceived through the five senses.

Our imagination can hijack us in unhelpful ways or we can learn skills to master resourceful imagination.

Imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind. It gives the ability to look at any situation from a different point of view and to mentally explore the past and the future.

We need to create space in our lives to develop our imagination.

Our response to a crisis or a difficult challenge is EVERYTHING.

When we are stuck in reactive patterns, we miss gathering the In-Between Space needed to transform.

As we do, we create the conditions to thrive, no matter our external circumstances.

Our response to a crisis or a difficult challenge is EVERYTHING. When we are stuck in unconscious reactive patterns, we miss gathering the In-Between Space needed to transform. How do we build resilience in the face of difficult times?
